CORPORATE GOVERNANCE POLICIES and PRACTICES

The Company is committed to reviewing and amending its corporate governance policies as appropriate to reflect the activities and growth of the Company, current legislation and good governance practice. To this end on 26 September 2008 the Company adopted a comprehensive revitalised Charter in line with the ASX Corporate Governance Council Principles 2nd Edition and on 21 December 2010 replaced the policy on the Trading of the Company's Shares in line with Listing Rule 12.9.
