Reed Resources is committed to ensuring that Aboriginal people are engaged in direct employment or contractual employment while the Company mines Australian mineral resources.

Reed Resources is committed to ensuring that appropriate training and mentoring is provided to Aboriginal people who have an interest in being involved in the Company's operations.

Reed Resources is committed to supporting local aboriginal community initiatives that aim to improve opportunities for local aboriginal people.

Reed Resources has committed to collaborating with Native Title holders on a regular basis to monitor and ensure that the interests of Aboriginal people are being attended to in areas that are affected by the company's operations.
